For first-time, one-time, and intermittent cleanings, Deep Cleanings provide the necessary thoroughness to remove the buildup of dust, dirt, and grime, restoring the health of your home.
It is our policy that if it has been over two months since you have had a professional cleaning, we must start with a first-time/deep cleaning in order to ensure smooth standard cleanings that meet our quality standards.
Even with recurring standard cleanings, we recommend a deep cleaning every 6 to 12 months.

We value your time and our own. To ensure the best service for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
48-Hour Notice Period: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning or the cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of that cleaning.
Morning Of Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to our departure the morning of a cleaning will result in a cancellation fee of 75% the cost of that cleaning.
Attempting to cancel once we are either en route to your cleaning or have arrived for your cleaning will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us if you believe an exception should be made.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee day-of cleanings. Our schedule is rather full and thus it is best to schedule cleanings at least two weeks out.
